These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FitLab, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using FitLab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FitLab provides on-demand workout programs, coaching content, progress tracking, and related fitness tools through our website and mobile applications. We may add, change, or remove features at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use FitLab. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions, Trials and Payment

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. Free trials convert to a paid subscription automatically once the trial period ends, unless cancelled before that date. Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

6. Health and Safety Disclaimer

FitLab content is for general fitness and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, particularly if you have a pre-existing condition. You assume all risks associated with physical activity undertaken through the Service.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorized access, uploading harmful code, harassing other users, or reproducing our content without permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All workouts, videos, graphics, logos, and other materials made available through FitLab are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Third-Party Services

FitLab may link to or integrate with third-party services, such as wearable devices or payment processors. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitLab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including personal injury sustained during exercise.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to FitLab at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
